Accessibility Statement
Using this website whatever your ability or device
We build towards WCAG 2.1 level AA. This page records what we have done, where we know we fall short and how to reach us if something on the site blocks you.
What we are aiming for
We want fleet owners, managers and office staff to use this website whatever their ability and whatever device they use. We build towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, level AA.
What we have done
- Text and background colours meet contrast requirements
- Every page works with a keyboard alone
- Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can move through a page
- Images carry alternative text
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages
- The site resizes to 200 percent without losing content
- Layouts adapt to phones, tablets and desktops
- Link text describes where the link goes
Where we fall short
We review the site regularly and we know accessibility work never finishes. Any third-party tool we embed may not meet the same standard. We cannot control how those providers build their products, and we will say so here when we identify a gap.
Known issues will be listed here once the site has been built and tested.
If something blocks you
Tell us. If a page, a form or a document stops you doing what you came to do, we will help directly and fix the problem.
Email: [email protected]
Please tell us the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five business days.
If you cannot complete the enquiry form, email us and we will take your details that way.
A business phone number will be published here before launch.
